There has been some curiosity about how Pastor Ben would like to be addressed. For those who are wondering, he prefers "Pastor Ben."

We will worship on Sunday, July 26 at 9am in the sanctuary and on Facebook live. We hope you will join us! The service will be available on our YouTube channel afterwards for those who need to worship at a different time. However you join us, know that you are loved by God!

This Sunday, July 26 is the last day for donations to our outhouse project. All of these items will benefit St Joseph's and Brown Memorial UMC's food pantries. Needed items include:  toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, bar soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, deodorant (men's & women's), toothpaste, dish soap and laundry soap (liquid only).

Forward Steps for Immanuel:
The conference has developed a new program entitled Quick Connect to help churches with the transition to a new pastor. This Tuesday on July 28th at 6:30pm, Rev. Dr. B.J. Norrix will lead a time of discussion as we begin to figure out ways to move forward as a church with Pastor Ben. Please consider joining us in The Fireside Room on Tuesday the 28th at 6:30pm. 

There will be a free Grab n Go dinner of hamburgers at St. Michael’s Lutheran Church on Tuesday, July 28 at 5pm. Our own Sam Paventi is the chef, he says not to be late because the meals go quickly.

Steve and Helen Forward invite you to come to their home on Thursday, August 6, 2026 from 6-8pm for an opportunity to unwind after a strenuous day and meet with Pastor Ben and Alyssa. Please sign up on the board outside the Fireside room.

Our 17th Annual  Mini Golf Tournament is Saturday, August 8 at Fairmount Glen Mini Golf course. Registration starts at 8:30, tee off at 9. Brunch at the church following the tournament. If you would like to come for brunch but not mini golf, please fill out a registration form and mark “for brunch only.” See Shelley for registration forms and more information.
