Events and Happenings in Our Community
Dear Friends of the Interreligious Food Consortium (IFC),
We are excited to announce that WE WILL be having the Empty Bowls event this fall, Friday September 24th, 2021.
Empty Bowls, EB, is a national program that helps small nonprofits raise valuable money to accomplish their goals. We have been holding this event for the past 17 years and it has helped us feed those in need in Onondaga County.
For those not familiar with the history of EB please read the attached information. For more information about the Interreligious Food Consortium, please read this attachment. Our website, www.Ifccny.org will also provide information about IFC, which has been actively feeding those in need in Onondaga County since 1982.
We hope that you can join us that day with the purchase of a bowl, or two or even more. Know that your gift of a bowl will become food for someone in our community. For that we thank you from the bottom of our bowls.
Peace and Deep Gratitude,
Kate Artessa, (She, her), Executive Director IFC
