What is GoGoGrandparent?
GoGo is a high-touch service that makes it possible for people to book on-demand or scheduled rides, 24/7, with just a phone call-- no apps or smart phone required!
 
How do I qualify to use GoGoGrandparent?
You must live in Onondaga County and be age 60 years or older!
 
How much will GoGoGrandparent cost?
The Onondaga Office for Aging will cover 100% of the cost on 4 one-way trips (or 2 round-trip) rides per month, per person! You must be registered through the Office for Aging, first!
 
Are the drivers background checked?
Yes, all drivers you’re connected to through GoGo are background checked and screened from 7 years prior.
 
What time of day can I use GoGoGrandparent?
There are no restrictions on time of day or day of the week for pre-scheduled rides with GoGoGrandparent.
 
Where can GoGoGrandparent transport me to?
You can use GoGoGrandparent for trips to Community Centers, visit loved-ones, fitness centers, medical appointments, and more!

The June Food Sense newsletter is now available.

​EVERYONE IS WELCOME. THERE ARE NO AGE OR INCOME REQUIREMENTS.

The customer portal may be accessed at https://foodsense.foodbankcny.org/. The site can be opened using a device that has access to the internet (computer, mobile or tablet). You will be asked to enter your credit or debit card information. Aside from convenience, a nice feature of the online site is the photographs of the special items. The deadline for online orders is 11:59 p.m. on Monday evening, June 10th.

In person orders (paid with exact cash or EBT card – no checks) may be placed at the Camillus Senior Center on most weekdays from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. The deadline for in-person orders is MONDAY morning, JUNE 10TH at 11:00 AM .

You may also order during monthly food distribution.

FOOD DISTRIBUTION/ PICK-UP: WEDNESDAY JUNE 19TH 2:30 P.M. – 4:00 P.M. We cannot hold food after 4:00 p.m. FOOD NOT CLAIMED DURING THE SCHEDULED PICK-UP TIME WILL BE FORFEITED. There are NO refunds or exchanges.

If you ordered for March,  food distribution is Wednewday March 27th. Please note: FOOD NOT CLAIMED DURING THE SCHEDULED PICK-UP TIME WILL BE FORFEITED and there are no refunds.  If you are unable to be there, please ask a friend, family member or neighbor to pick-up the food for you.  THEY CANNOT HOLD FOOD AFTER 4:00 P.M.

The February Food Sense newsletter for the Camillus Senior Center is now available. Please note that the deadline for in-person orders is Monday, February 12th at 11 am. If you are ordering online, your deadline is that evening at 11:59 p.m. If you are paying using SNAP, you must come into the office to order.
 
If you ordered for January, the pick-up day is next week – Wednesday, January 24th from 2:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE PRIOR TO 2:30 PM.  Also, any food not claimed by 4:00 p.m. will be forfeited. 

​Alcoholics Anonymous began meeting at Immanuel on Thursdays from 7:30-8:30 pm on January 4, 2024. 

This will be an ongoing meeting each week.

At this time this is a closed meeting, meaning that it is only for people who are interested in not drinking.
