Our Chili & Chowder Cook-Off was filled with delicious chili and soups, incredible pies, and yummy homemade rolls—plus plenty of fellowship and good times all around. A big congratulations to our winners:
On December 13th, our church parking lot was transformed into the scene of our Savior’s birth. A humble stable, angels, shepherds, kings, beautiful music — and of course, real animals — brought the story to life. It was a truly wonderful and magical evening. Our church family gathered on Sunday, December 14, 2025, for our monthly Second Sunday Lunch — a cherished time of fellowship and connection. This month’s meal featured a delicious roast pork dinner lovingly prepared by our Fellowship Committee. About 50 people joined us to share food, conversation, and the joy of being together. We’re grateful for everyone who cooked, served, and spent the afternoon in community. Moments like these strengthen the bonds that make our church feel like home. On Sunday, December 7, 2025, members and friends of Immanuel brought Christmas cheer to two local nursing homes! We rang bells, sang carols, and helped residents join in the fun. Two of our talented young people even shared beautiful violin performances. What a joyful day of music, community, and blessings for all! We are so grateful to everyone who helped make this year’s Christmas door sprays project a huge success!
Through the wonderful cooperative effort, we created 52 door sprays (50 sold + 2 donated to the church). Thanks to donated materials and $30 in cash gifts, we were able to contribute $1,030 to the Mission Team for Disaster Recovery! Special Thanks To:
Thank you to everyone who purchased a door spray! November’s Second Sunday turkey-themed Lunch - happy cooks, happy servers, happy hungry participants, delicious food, incredible pies and great fellowship! What a day! We're incredibly grateful to the many, many volunteers and to the amazing community for another fantastic Annual Election Day Turkey Dinner. It was a lot of hard work, but these pictures capture the great fun and fellowship we shared. Leftover meals and food were donated to Meals on Wheels and the Samaritan Center. The blessings (and the turkey!) keep flowing! On Sunday, October 19, 2025, our own Mike Block and Gary Merckel—both dedicated church members and volunteer firefighters—shared an engaging fire safety message with our children during worship.
Our fellowship team prepared and served 47 folks delicious home made macaroni and cheese, salad, fruit, rolls and a cake to celebrate Pastor Appreciation Day. November 4, 2025
