Join us for our Advent Taizé Prayer Service
Wednesday, December 13 | 7:00 pm at All Saints

Take time out of your busy holiday schedule for quiet prayer and reflection. Taizé is a meditative prayer service with candlelight, chanting, and silence that originated in the ecumenical community in Taizé, France. Please join Erin Moore, Jeff Wise, Harvey Neusbaum, and Friends as they lead us in this beautiful service! Free will offering.

Please join the InterFaith Works' Round Table of Faith Leaders for prayers for peace in the Middle East, Ukraine, Sudan and Congo. This event is free and open to the public, and refreshments will be served following the program.

Winter Clothing Drive - Please Donate thru December 31st

The Greater Camillus Chamber of Commerce has partnered with Cam's Pizzeria to put together a used winter clothing drive.

Do you have any winter clothing items/accessories laying around the house you are looking to get rid of? Help declutter your home while helping those in need! There is a drop box for you to donate any items at Cam's, located at 112 Kasson Road.

Thanks in advance for helping us make this used winter clothing drive a success! Your donations will help keep those less fortunate stay warm this holiday season.

presented by MasterWorks Chorale; Michael Kringer, director

The glorious Christmas portion and Hallelujah Chorus, sung by a 60-member choir with small chamber orchestra

*Experienced Messiah singers are invited to perform with the Chorale, after attending a required rehearsal on Friday, Nov. 10, 7–8 pm, at St. Joesph’s Church.

Suggested donation at door: $10 (adults); proceeds support MasterWorks Chorale.

Approximate length: 1 hour and 15 minutes, no intermission.

Immanuel United Methodist  On October 15th the Greater Syracuse Hunger Walk took place at Onondaga Lake Park.   Immanuel raised $1,100.00.

Join us for this unique interactive group educational experience that uses an experiential, participatory model to share the history of what Indigenous Peoples have experienced through colonization with a focus on the experience of the Onondaga Nation and other Haudenosaunee Peoples.  

The program seeks to foster truth, understanding and respect between Indigenous and non-Indigenous people, especially in the territory stewarded by people of the Onondaga Nation and other Haudenosaunee Peoples. It was created in collaboration with Kairos Canada and involves facilitation by Onondaga Nation citizens and non-Indigenous allies.

Finding Your Space Women’s Retreat - September 29 & 30

Need a break and want to catch your breath? The Conference Commission on the Status and Role of Women (COSROW) is here to help with a two-night virtual retreat Sept. 29-30 for any female lay or clergy person.

Join Bishop Cynthia Moore-Koikoi as the keynote speaker and the Rev. Corey Turnpenny, along with Jenna Amberge, Nairobi Smith, and the Rev. Theresa Eggleston for an inspirational event via Zoom from 6:30-9 p.m. 

The cost is $25 and a portion of the fee will help support Girls Inc., a not-for-profit organization that focuses "on the development of the whole girl."

All registrants will receive a box of materials to enhance your retreat experience. The deadline is Sept. 22.

Whatwehnineh Freida J. Jacques is often a bridge between her Culture and the communities surrounding her Nation, Onondaga. Join Freida as she explores the spiritual journey of seeking healing through storytelling. She is a person who shares lessons taken from Haudenosaunee history as well as her experience in today's times. She is often described as a storyteller. She is passionate about sharing the lessons about Peace in her culture as well as healing in the individual to achieve Peace. Fee: $25, or whatever you can afford.
